At the beginning of 2000 the Indian capital markets went through rapid growth and transformation. This was the time when the derivatives markets were launched. The exchanges were finding very few takers for the derivatives product due to lack of good risk management and broker back office systems in the market.

NSEIT, the subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India bought our product ChelStock (renamed to ProBOS) and provided to many leading brokers in India to address this problem. This helped NSE address a critical gap in the market and it catalyzed the growth of the derivatives market in India.

From these humble beginnings, we have grown to support nationally important institutions like stock exchanges, CCPs, central banks, financial intermediaries and institutional investors in Africa, Middle East and Asia.

We run financial market infrastructure in multiple countries. These include clearing and settlement systems, market wide trading platforms, national payment switch and risk management systems. Our solutions have zero down time, even in installations that are over 15 years.

We recruit highly skilled and talented tech graduates and train them through our rigorous in-house training program.

Our development and global support center is located out of a modern 18,000 square-foot facility within a special economic zone in Madurai, South India.
