We are 40  strong, comprising domain consultants, engineers, application programmers and business staff. 75% of us are engineers and the rest are postgraduates in Computer Science and Mathematics. 7 of us have professional certifications in equity trading and security market operations. We also draw upon consultants and resources from the industry in the specific areas of mathematical modeling.

Chella Software’s direction and growth is driven by its Management Council, constituted by the CEO, heads of department and members of the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board comprises of industry stalwarts who have built large global business in the areas of hi-technology, software services and health care.
