| Naresh is committed to expanding the influence of our industry leading products and technologies, and is an integral part of most of our strategic decisions. He is the founder of Tureeya Corporation, an organization focused on helping individuals and teams perform to their fullest potential, and is also involved in directing 2 large non-profit organisations. Previously, Naresh spent 15 years in the US in various sales and marketing leadership roles at Mercury Interactive Inc., Talarian/Tibco and Centerline Software. Naresh has a Masters in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Trichy.

| Peri is an engineer from the University of Madras, with 14 years experience in architecting and designing software for the securities industry. Part of the founding team, he has designed and implemented our high speed real-time risk systems, an online trading platform, a back office application and many other solutions. He oversees product engineering, delivery and technical architecture. |

Kathir Kamanathan

| Kathir, a founding member of our company, has
over 20 years of business and technology experience in the securities
industry. He has hands-on experience in managing securities operations and
intricately understands business issues. With his strong drive for research
and innovation, he spends considerable time in functional research and heads
our group developing smarter algorithms and solutions that better solve
customer problems. Kathir earlier worked with Philips and the Unilever Group,
and subsequently headed a successful brokerage business for 10 years.
He is an engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy and
a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Subbiah Rajagopal

| Subbu is an engineer from Annamalai
University, and a management graduate from Alagappa University,
and has been with Chella Software since 2003. He is responsible
for the company's business growth and customer relationships. As a
consultant to some of the largest broking firms in the region, he has
worked closely with them in the areas of program trading, arbitrage strategies,
wealth management and risk management. Prior to Chella Software, Subbu had worked
in product management and business development roles in the areas of CAD / CAM
and power electronics. Subbu is a founder and Steering Committee Member at the
Mumbai chapter of PRMIA, the global organization
for risk professionals. |
